That's why this is arguably the most important piece of the puzzle! This is where we'll overcome the mental and physical roadblocks preventing you from a consistent and cohesive health routine. You'll have private 1-1 access to me 5 days a week for on-the-spot coaching. 

 

To keep you aligned with your goals, I also host weekly 1-1 guided assessments with feedback so you're never lost or unsure of what to do next (because let's be real, fitness can be overwhelming & confusing at times!).

Food can be a tricky relationship to navigate, especially for women - who are constantly exposed to diets, strict meal plans, supplements, and temporary quick fixes.

The good news: you'll learn how to eat YOUR way.

 

Built for you & your lifestyle, your personalized nutritional goals will ensure that you eat enough to supply your body with the fuel to make physical changes and cultivate happy hormones. You'll initially learn how to accurately track/log for your goals, build a fulfilling relationship with ALL foods, & eventually graduate to maintaining your new physique easily without tracking at all (if that's your goal)!

Training

Tired of working out hard only for your progress to plateau?

It's time to train smarter, not harder.

I used to workout 5-6x/wk, spinning my wheels, feeling exhausted, & ultimately never getting anywhere with my results.

But when I implemented the FYF framework into my training, everything shifted! In just half a year, I noticed changes to my physique that I hadn't ever seen before...

Hosted within the private Flex Your Feminine training app, your personal training plan is designed for your busy schedule. You'll see videos for every exercise, track your habits, and measure your progress easily. Your program is customized according to your equipment, goals, training history, and injuries; with both home & gym options available.
